Charges head coaching position

I’ve heard a lot about who the Spanos are interviewing.  In the past the Spanos have hired “yes men” and I think this trend will continue.  But this time I’m very glad to see that they are focusing on a defensive coordinator.  The Chargers strength is an up and coming defense.  I love offense but defense wins championships.
