Did McCoy coach his last game?

The answer should be yes but Spanos will wait to fire him until after the season ends.  McCoy made so many mistakes in the final few minutes of today’s game.  It is really painful to watch the Chargers play.  With just a few minutes to play and it is 3rd and 1.  The Chargers formation said RUN.  Cleveland read it as a run and the Chargers lost yardage. That was beyond a dumb play.   Fast forward to less than 1 minute to play.  How the heck do you throw to the middle of the field with zero timeouts and less than 30 seconds to play?  They were in field goal range but choose to run another play which is ok if it is to the end zone or sidelines.  Not McCoy.  Result another LOSS.
