For the first time in many, many years the Chargers have a great team. Their defense could be #1 or 2. I know that sounds incredible because they could never, ever stop any team late in the 4th quarter. This year it should be different. I said should be but we have to wait and see. The Chargers took a big hit when their TE Hunter Henry tore his ACL and is lost for the season. Their new WR speedster, Mike Williams, should help Keenan Allen not be double teamed. Williams and Allen as the WR should REALLY help Rivers put up MVP numbers. My only hope is that their offensive coordinator doesn’t go 1st & 2nd down runs all the time. He needs to be a lot less predictable. We’ll know what this team will do after 2 games. Oh, they have a decent FG kicker this year.
