Anthony Lynn is the new head coach

I myself don’t like the choice but it follows the Spanos’ history of hiring new head coaches. Once again they have hired an unproven and inexperienced head coach. I keep asking myself, why do they keep making the same mistake. There are only 3 reasons I can think of- 1) they’re flat out dumb when it comes to football, 2) they’re greedy and want to save money, 3) the want all the glory when they succeed in winning the Super bowl.
Maybe the correct answer is all of the above!!!
They apparently are the definition of insanity…keep repeating the same thing, getting the same results, and a;ways hoping for a different result… successful teams start from top down…the ones that win consistently have stability in their key management decisions… little turnover… incompetent decisions on management personnel year after year only reflect on those that make those decisions…unfortunately, Chargers are an example…leaving San Diego where they had the entire market to themselves to share the LA market where it is questionable if LA will really support two NFL teams is just basically dumb by the NFL and Spanos family… to the SD fans who supported the Chargers, I feel badly for you…but fan support, unfortunately, is never usually the issue when a team moves…i.e. St. Louis, Seattle (Sonics)as examples..
