burning Charger jerseys

I’ve been watching local stations showing fans burning their Charger jerseys. Stop and think about what signal that is sending to the Charger players.
The players aren’t happy about moving either but the are Spanos’ employees and can’t do anything about it. Keep the jerseys, so many great ones through the years – Sproles is one of my favorite. Let the players know that we still love them but despise their boss and the NFL. Burn things that don’t have any player’s name on it!!!
Charger fan since the beginning. I have boxed up 5 boxes of everything related to S.D. Chargers. I will not burn them as there are far too many good memories with them throughout the years. That being said the direction of the NFL has changed significantly over the years. What used to be a fun game to watch and enjoy has now turned to a greedy, penalized and injury riddled business. It’s no longer a game, it’s a money marketing business and i understand that. There is no longer loyalty to any city because of the money needed by the owners and players. I really see the future of the NFL no longer existing beyond 20 years. Too many injuries, penalties, drug enhancement etc, etc. So after being an NFL fan for over 60 years I am a man without a team to represent. I’m done with the NFL, “GO CELTICS”
