The Chargers have better on the filed talent but coaching is STILL the black hole of this team.  Once again the coaching staff was exposed as inadequate.  They came into the game with a game plan and again showed they had no idea at all on to to adapt to the other team’s coaching scheme.

They were predictable on offense and defense.  I’ve never seen a game where Ingram and Bosa were rendered totally ineffective.  It is so sad that this franchise, the Spanos, wouldn’t pay the money for a top coaching staff.   The Spanos will not get $3 billion when they sell the team next year. The team will continue to play in front of fans that outnumber their fans at home games.  The new stadium will be empty.

Finally, I’m sad for Rivers and all the other players that play hard every week.   I predict the Chargers will draft a top QB in the next draft.

Bye for now.
